Privacy Policy

01 Information We Collect

• Discord account data — your Discord user ID, username, and avatar, as provided automatically by Discord's API whenever you interact with one of our bots or join our server.
• Server data — the ID, name and approximate member count of any server that adds one of our bots or applies through the Free Bot Program.
• Ticket & order information — anything you tell us in a support ticket: the bot type you want, features requested, your invite link, and your stated reason for applying.
• Command usage data — which slash commands are run, when, and in which server, so the bots function correctly (queues, economy balances, referral codes, etc.).
• Payment confirmation — we use Revolut to process payments. We see that a payment was made and its amount; we never see or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVC. That data is handled entirely by Revolut under its own privacy policy.

02 How We Use It

• To develop, deliver and support the bot you ordered.
• To operate bot features you use directly (economy balances, music queues, leveling, tickets, giveaways, referral tracking, welcome messages, etc.).
• To track progress in the Free Bot referral program and confirm eligibility.
• To respond to support requests and resolve bugs within the guarantee period.
• To prevent abuse of our services, including spam, fraud, or referral-program exploitation.

03 What We Don't Do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
• We don't read the content of private messages sent to our bots beyond what's needed to process a command.
• We don't store payment card details — ever.

04 Data Retention

Server and command data tied to an active bot installation is kept for as long as the bot is in use. Ticket transcripts are retained for a reasonable period after a project is delivered, primarily to support the 7-day bug fix guarantee, and may be deleted afterward. If your server removes one of our bots, associated economy/leveling/ticket data may be deleted after a grace period.

05 Third-Party Services

Our bots and site rely on a small number of third-party services to function, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Discord — the platform our bots run on.
• Revolut — payment processing for orders.
• Hosting providers (e.g. Pterodactyl-based infrastructure) — where bot code and databases run.

06 Your Rights

You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about your Discord ID or server, or ask us to delete it, by opening a ticket in our Discord server. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. Deleting your data may mean losing progress such as economy balances, levels, or referral status.

07 Children's Privacy

Our services follow Discord's own age requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from users below the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service.

08 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continued use of our bots or site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
