The rules of the road for ordering, paying for, and receiving a BotForge Studios bot.

By opening a ticket, ordering a bot, joining our Discord server, or using any bot built by BotForge Studios ("we", "us"), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
BotForge Studios designs and builds custom Discord bots to a customer's specification: moderation, economy, music, AI, game-integration and other bot types, as listed on our Pricing page. Every order includes the full source code, a setup guide, and 7 days of free bug-fix support from the delivery date.
Orders begin with a ticket in our Discord server, where you describe what you need. We confirm a final price before any work begins. Published prices are estimates for standard scope; features beyond the base bot type (API integrations, custom UI, payment systems, databases) may carry the additional charges listed on our Pricing page.
Standard delivery is 5–7 days from confirmed payment. Rush delivery (1–3 days) is available for an additional fee where noted. Flexible delivery (2+ weeks) is offered at no extra charge for customers with no urgent deadline. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary with order complexity or queue volume; we'll communicate any expected delays.
On full payment, you receive the complete source code for your bot and may host, modify, and use it for your own server(s) without restriction. We retain the right to reuse general-purpose code patterns, utilities, and non-customer-specific components in future projects. We do not claim ownership of your server's data, configuration, or content generated by the bot.
Every order includes 7 days of free bug-fix support starting from delivery, covering defects in the delivered functionality. This does not cover new feature requests, changes to specification after delivery, or issues caused by third-party modifications to the code. Support beyond this window, or for self-modified code, may be quoted separately.
If we are unable to deliver a working bot matching the agreed specification, you are entitled to a refund. Refund requests should be raised in your original ticket. Refunds are not guaranteed once a bot has been delivered and accepted as meeting specification, or where delays are caused by the customer (e.g. failing to provide required information, tokens, or access).
Server owners with 100+ members may apply for a free custom bot via the /apply command. Approval requires three confirmed referrals from other qualifying server owners using the /refer command. We reserve the right to reject applications or referrals that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or made in bad faith, and to remove referral credit obtained this way.
You agree not to use our bots or services for anything illegal, to harass others, to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or to attempt to resell, redistribute, or sublicense a delivered bot as your own commercial product without our agreement.
Our bots are provided on an as-is basis beyond the stated bug-fix guarantee. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, lost revenue, or server disruption arising from use of our bots, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
